📋Agreement to Terms

By registering an account or using any feature of the t999k platform — whether placing a bet, accessing live casino games, participating in sports betting, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any individual who transacts on the platform.

t999k operates as an online entertainment and betting platform. We do not guarantee winnings, and all betting activities involve financial risk. Players should never wager more than they can afford to lose. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these terms will be resolved at t999k's sole discretion, subject to the governing law outlined in the final section.

To register and use the t999k platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. t999k reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. t999k is strictly a 21+ platform. Individuals under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or placing bets.
• You must be located in Bangladesh or an eligible jurisdiction at the time of registration and play.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on t999k or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration. Submitting false details is a serious breach of these terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or as an agent. Each account represents one individual only.

t999k takes age verification very seriously. If we have any reason to believe a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held pending investigation. We are committed to protecting minors from all gambling activities on this platform.

🔐Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on t999k. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. When registering, you agree to the following obligations regarding your account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you or not.
• You must notify t999k immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals. You must submit valid government-issued identification documents upon request.

t999k uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to safeguard your account data. However, you are responsible for ensuring the device you use to access the platform is free from malicious software.

💳Deposits & Withdrawals

t999k supports fast and secure transactions via leading Bangladeshi payment providers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. t999k does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same account used for the most recent deposit. t999k reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction before processing.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. Delays caused by your payment provider are outside t999k's control.
• t999k does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their standard transfer charges.
• Any funds suspected of being proceeds from fraudulent activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

🎁Bonuses & Promotions

t999k offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific rollover amount applicable to each promotion is stated on that promotion's page. Players must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed from bonus-derived funds.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in permanent suspension.
• t999k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated. Any winnings above the cap will be voided automatically.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — for example through arbitrage betting, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — will have their accounts suspended and all winnings voided. t999k's decision in matters of bonus abuse is final.

🚫Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t999k platform. Any user found engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Money laundering, or using the platform to conceal, transfer, or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated behaviour designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or transferring account balances to another user.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive communication toward t999k staff or other platform users.

t999k conducts regular audits of all accounts and betting activity. Any account found in breach of these prohibitions will be closed without refund, and all associated winnings will be declared null and void. t999k's determination of prohibited activity is final and binding.

All content on the t999k platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of t999k or its licensed content partners. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any t999k content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t999k shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes — but is not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical errors, or any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.

t999k makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, technical issues, or any other reason without liability to users. In all cases, t999k's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t999k reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file, where practicable.

Your continued use of the t999k platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.

🏛️Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which t999k operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach thereof, shall first be referred to t999k's customer support team for resolution. Should the dispute remain unresolved after 30 days, both parties agree to pursue resolution through formal mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. t999k's decisions on matters of platform policy, account management, and game results are final and binding in all circumstances.
